Shipping policy

Order Processing

  • Orders are usually processed within 1-2 business days. Most orders received before 5pm are processed the next business day. Orders placed after 5pm will be processed within 2 business days. Weekend orders are processed on the next business day. Please allow more time at peak times such as Christmas.
  • Delivery times are in addition to the dispatch time.

Shipping Information

  • Standard UK shipping is sent Royal Mail 2nd Class Standard Letter for cards and small prints; stationery sets and large prints (10 x 8 inch and A4) are dispatched 48 Hour Tracked Royal Mail.
  • Please allow 5-7 business days for delivery - please note, all shipping times are estimates only, and at busy times such as Christmas, please allow more time. 
  • Shipping upgrades are available at checkout, but please note, upgrading the postage does not upgrade the dispatch time.
  • We currently ship to the UK only
